Sunil is the co-founder and CTO of Where U Elevate, a company with a vision of Open innovation that drives innovation faster by solving the talent shortage problem for its clients. technologies, and experience of understanding the problem, articulating and solving it with innovation.
He is responsible for ideating and implementing the product design and development, as well as the go-to-market strategy, of the Where U Elevate platform. This platform consists of a data-driven hackathon platform "Drill", experiential Open Innovation programs, an assessment engine, and AI-based recruitment platform "Recruit".
The hackathon platform has successfully hosted and managed several national-level hackathons, some of them with the state governments, and demonstrated a smooth experience and the fastest judgement process using technology. He has also reduced a considerable time of hiring for his customers with his data-driven hiring product. He is passionate about bringing innovation into product features and services, as well as uplifting his team and listening to their ideas.
