Mr. Whiteman has over 30 years of experience working with technology companies with an emphasis on the software industry.
Previously, Mr. Whiteman was the Chairman and CEO of Viasoft and led Viasoft through a successful IPO. Mr. Whiteman currently serves on the board of two public companies, Actuate and Unify, and also serves on the board of
two privately held companies, Flypaper and Intesource. Mr. Whiteman is also significantly involved in the venture community as an investor in several funds and a participant in a number of private equity placements.
Mr. Whiteman received a MBA from the University of Cincinnati and a BA from Taylor University.
