Stephen L. Gibbs has served as Chief Accounting Officer since August 2011. In this role he is responsible for leading the Company's accounting operations including financial reporting, accounting, tax, financial systems, policies and controls.
Prior to joining us, Steve served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Scientific
Games Corporation from April 2006 to August 2011 and Vice President of Finance for Scientific Games Racing from April 2005 to March 2006. He served as Manager of Accounting Research for The Coca-Cola Company from September 2004 to March 2005 and as Controller for TRX, Inc. from May 2004 to August 2004. Prior to that time, Steve served nine years in public accounting with the firms of Arthur Andersen LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
