Stephen A. Cobell is a Partner in the Audit and Accounting Department of Prager Metis CPAs, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in the accounting industry.
Stephen has expertise in several commercial as well as not-for-profit industries, with a particular emphasis on long-term skilled-nursing and
assisted-living facilities.
In September 2008, his firm, Stephen A. Cobell LLC merged with Prager Metis CPAs predecessor firm Metis Group LLC. Previously Stephen was with a national firm and later was a director in the audit department of a local firm.
Stephen currently serves as a financial advisor and board member of two Catholic churches in New Jersey and is a former elected official in his hometown.
