Stephen Atcheler is a highly experienced entrepreneur and Managing Director, who has been working tirelessly since 2013 to make outsourcing better for businesses. He has an extensive background in the Real Estate industry, having started his journey in 2005 as a sales agent at Metrocity Realty. Since then, he has gained invaluable life experience
and achieved many accomplishments, including becoming the number one agent in his office for most calendar months and achieving a top 5 ranking in Queensland and a top 6 ranking in Australia.
In 2012, Stephen took a big step and founded his own Real Estate business, Just Results. He then expanded the company and rebranded it as Beyond Compare™ in 2015, which led to significant growth in their rent roll and team. Along the way, he realized the potential of outsourcing and started utilizing offshore staff to help grow his business, which eventually led him to establish ShoreAgents, a BPO that provides quality staff to businesses, especially in the Real Estate industry.
Stephen's experience as a customer of outsourcing services has given him a unique perspective on the frustrations that businesses face when trying to find the right talent. This has motivated him to develop a superior solution for outsourcing, building a talent pool of pre-educated staff who understand the Real Estate game and what is required.
