Mr. Snider, 66, retired in 2009 as Chief Executive Officer and director of Exterran Holdings, Inc. a global natural gas compression services company, and also retired as Chief Executive Officer and director for the general partner of Exterran Partners, LP., a domestic natural gas contract compression services business. Mr. Snider has over 30 years
of experience in senior management of operating companies. He serves as a director of two other publicly traded companies – Dresser-Rand Group, Inc. and Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. He has within the past five years served as a director of Seahawk Drilling. Mr. Snider is a graduate of the University of Detroit (B.S. civil engineering) and University of Colorado at Denver (M.B.A.).
