I currently lead the day-to-day operations and cross-functional delivery, with a focus on making work smoother for customers and colleagues alike.
I started my career as a project manager and it quickly gravitated to process management and improvement: clarifying requirements, removing friction, and shaping reliable delivery habits.
I
introduced and standardised company-wide workflows. A major result of this focus was building and leading a custom development team. In this role, we leverage process automation software to transform highly complex, niche business requests into practical, automated solutions, driving significant efficiency across the company.
My skills and expertise are grounded in my education: an undergraduate degree in Software Engineering, followed by a Master’s in Enterprise Systems. This blend of code knowledge and organisational design allows me to effectively bridge the gap between technical capability and business strategy.
My passion and specialisation lie in three areas: 1. Business analysis: Translating ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams. 2. Project management: Ensuring on-time, reliable software delivery through close engagement with customers and technical teams. 3. Process optimisation: Systematically identifying operational friction and implementing measurable, practical improvements that stick.
