Stacey Lee is the VP Financial Operations at Rootstock Partners. She has extensive experience in financial budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, accounting processes and systems and financial reporting.Prior to Rootstock Partners, Stacey was the VP of Finance at Onestop Internet Inc., a full-service e-commerce technology and distribution
partner to retailers. While at OneStop, she led the team in closing the successful Series B investment from Fung Capital USA, managed the accounting team, implemented new ERP systems, and revamped internal controls.
Before Onestop Internet Inc., Stacey was the Senior Manager of Finance at Business.com. At Business.com, Stacey worked on the team that helped the $350 million acquisition by Dex One Corp (formerly known as R.H. Donnelly in addition to extensive financial planning and analysis duties. Stacey started her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she was a core member of an audit team for technology clients.Stacey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business. She is a CPA.Stacey lives with her husband and son in Los Angeles, where she enjoys running and hiking in her time off.
