real-time inspection pipelines with OpenCV and high-resolution industrial cameras—cutting manual quality control time nearly in half. She also served as a Data Scientist at UT Arlington, where she designed workforce analytics platforms for the semiconductor sector using Python, NLP, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow to forecast recruitment needs and optimize training programs. With deep expertise in computer vision, NLP, and MLOps, Sridurga brings an end-to-end engineering mindset that ensures models move seamlessly from prototype to production. She’s excited to build Adora’s vision of an “AI OS”—a foundation of customizable autonomous agents that streamline work, surface real-time insights, and power intelligent operations across every domain.
