Following 15 years as a corporate lawyer with international work assignments, Sonja’s energy for entrepreneurialism follows a career that includes General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer for HSBC, several years as a M&A lawyer and most recently as Director of Strategy for a top global investment firm. As a collaborator, Sonja leads with her strengths - she is a strategist, a relationship builder and together with a strong management team, is building a bold vision for Ebby Rane.
