Simon has over 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Prior to joining Meta, Simon was VP of Informatics at PDI, overseeing sales force sizing, deployment and performance reporting as well as incentive compensation reporting.
As VP of Operations for TVG, he was responsible for contact center, fulfillment, database marketing, project management, and corporate IT operations.
Simon lives in Montgomery County, PA with his wife and two children. He currently sits on the board of Hunter Soccer Club and helps run their travel soccer program.
