in projects finance, Simon continues to lead cross-border transactions and represents a wide range of leading infrastructure companies in their dealings with Israeli authorities. Simon's experience extends across all major areas of infrastructure enterprises and projects, including transportation projects such as the Jerusalem Light Railway and the Tel Aviv Light Railway, energy projects including gas, hydro and solar powered power stations, off shore oil and gas projects and other major civil works projects.. Simon acts predominantly for international companies and consortiums engaged in business in Israel.Simon is also a corporate finance and M&A expert with significant worldwide experience including representing and advising clients in multi-jurisdictional cross border transactions.

Simon’s skills and experience also extend to advising non Israeli clients on trusts and estates and to the legal issues pertaining to the management of family wealth.

Prior to moving to Israel, Simon worked in London for a number of years where he gained experience in UK corporate acquisitions and disposals and venture capital related transactions.

Simon has published numerous articles on changes and developments in the infrastructure and project finance arena. Simon is consistently ranked in the top tier of lawyers in international directories.

In his spare time Simon is chairman of the West Bromwich Albion Supporters association (Israel branch) and a member of MCC.
