Simon is a member of the founding management team and has over 21 years of reinsurance industry experience. From 2006 to 2010, Simon served as Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Lancashire Insurance. Prior to Lancashire, he served in a series of roles for ACE Limited from 1996 to 2006, ultimately as the President of the Financial Solutions
International unit, which specialized in non-traditional reinsurance and insurance products. From 1991 to 1996, Simon served as a consulting actuary for Tillinghast – Towers Perrin with particular responsibility for the design and implementation of property catastrophe pricing models. In 1991 Simon received his B.Sc. in mathematics from Imperial College at the University of London.
