An experienced Human Resources Professional have worked for diverse Indian and Multinational
Organisations like Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser and L&T. For the past decade have been heading the corporate Human Resources function in each of the organisations worked : HeidelbergCement (2006-08), Punj Lloyd (2008 – 2011) and L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (2012-2015).
Have participated in major HR transformation exercises, and seeks to align HR strategy and initiatives with business priorities to build individual and organisational capabilities.
My experience includes Capability Building, Talent Management, Leading Change Management initiatives, Organisation Development, Manpower Planning, Learning & Development and Compensation and Benefits.
I hold a Masters of Management Studies Degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, Rajasthan. As a recipient of Chevening Scholarship instituted by Foreign & Common Wealth Office, UK, have completed the program at the Manchester Business School, UK in 2002.
Have also completed his Advanced Management Programme (AEP) at the Kellogg School of Management, North Western University, USA.
Am currently pursuing my doctorate from Symbiosis International University. I also recently attended a month long programme on Organisational Development organised by NTL, USA.
Am a very engaging and powerful speaker on various management subjects like Leadership, Team Working, Human Capital trends and HR Transformation. I get regularly invited by various forums like NHRD, AIMA, Academic Institutes, and CEB for talks or chairing panel discussions.
