His vision led to the development of an AI recruiter (SAIRA) that automates candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation, enabling businesses to scale their hiring without scaling costs.
Before launching Sourcebae, Shubham worked across various domains including product development, growth, and recruitment operations. His strong background in building scalable tech teams and his firsthand experience with hiring inefficiencies inspired him to build a solution that truly bridges the gap between talent and opportunity.
