Mr. Wang co-founded The CITIC Group in the early 1980s. He also founded and was Chairman of CITIC Pharmaceutical Group with 4B annual sales in China.
He worked closely with Ming Xu, Chairman of World Capital Market, to build China funds and can bring CITIC or China Investment Corporation (CIC) for joint ventures and partners on private equity
funds management.
He also was Chairman of a Chinese pharmaceutical public company and very familiar with rolling up in China.
