My name is Sander Jacobsen, 31 years old, and co-owner of Voetbalern. In my daily life I work as an account manager for EN employment agency. I am a proud father of a daughter and live with my girlfriend.
I have known Gert Jan for years and was the one who involved Gert Jan at our football club, HZVV in Hoogeveen. Unfortunately, I am not
currently working as a trainer, but I am still actively connected with the club as a player.
In 2009 I graduated from ALO in Groningen and worked for a few years as a physical exercise teacher. In June 2007 I received my TC3 diploma.
Then I started the trainers adventure at HHVV as trainer of the E-selection (E1 / E2). I really liked this age, especially the individual development. This development is clearly visible at this age.
I did this for 5 years, when I then thought it was time to support starting trainers within the association. Adjusting the youth policy plan, introducing carousel training among the E-youth was a fact.
