I joined Merit Software in 2008 and am responsible for the management of all inbound sales and the sales processes within the team. Merit has a series of core values such as Professionalism and Trustworthiness and I believe strongly in being honest and upfront with customers at all times. As Sales Director I am responsible for maintaining sales
growth and reporting to the board and our shareholders.It’s really nice to sell a product that you know works well for your customers and helps them grow. I have worked in various Sales and IT roles in the past, including some very high-pressure sales roles, and Merit is refreshing in that it has always looked towards steady growth and supporting customers by doing a good quality job.I fill my spare time with volunteering and work with the local Coastguard team as well as being a Special Inspector with Dyfed-Powys Police. Both those roles require me to maintain a fitness level and I’ve been enjoying going for runs and horse riding in the amazing scenery we have here in our area.
