Mr. S. Iswaran serves as the Managing Director of Temasek Capital and Merlion India Fund. Mr. Iswaran was the Managing Director of Investments at Temasek Holdings (Pte) Ltd. Mr. Iswaran joined the Singapore Administrative Service in 1987 and held various positions in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Education, National Trade Union Congress, and Singapore Indian Development Association.
He received a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University in 1995 and graduated with a Bachelor of Economics, First Class Honors, from the University of Adelaide, Australia, in 1986.
