Russell is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of technology and product engineering experience in both startups and enterprises. As Moprise CTO, Russell oversees all aspects of the Moprise technology roadmap, software architecture, development, and service operations.
Prior to joing Moprise, Russell was the CTO & VP Engineering at
Jobster (later Recruiting.com), a career and talent management startup (acquired by Zapoint), where he led the company R&D Engineering and Operation teams. Jobster scaled to reach a million unique users a month and several thousand enterprise customers.
Earlier in his career, Russell was a co-founder for Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) and director for Microsoft Live Meeting web conferencing and real-time communications and collaboration services. SharePoint has become the leading enterprise content and collaboration platform with more than 120 million users.
