Russ Stephens is the Vice President of Engineering at D&W Fine Pack. Russ joined the company as a result of the C&M Fine Pack acquisition. He brings more than 23 years of food packaging/thermoforming experience to D&W. During his career, he has traveled all over the world to develop state-of-the-art manufacturing and materials
technology, which has been successfully implemented in the United States. In particular, he enjoys working directly with customers in order to help them develop technical solutions to their specific challenges.
During his time away from the office, Russ enjoys golfing, attending sporting events and spending time with his family.
