Joining North Bridge in 2007, Russ is a Partner with areas of focus including technology-enabled services, communications and software companies.
Prior to North Bridge, he invested in technology and communications companies at M/C Venture Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm.
As a Partner at M/C Venture Partners, a $1.5
billion communications and technology focused private equity firm, he invested growth equity in the software, managed services and communications industries. Before M/C, he worked at private equity firm, TA Associates as an Associate in the technology group and at Alex. Brown & Sons as an investment banking analyst.
Russ has a MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from Princeton University. He enjoys playing golf, coaching his kids’ sports teams and reading American history.
