Rupinder has worked in the field of Business Intelligence (BI) and Advanced Analytics for over 15 years. She has worked with data across industries spanning financial services, software and sales and most recently, telecommunications and is now the Director of Machine Learning within the Customer Experience team at Bell Canada. She leads a team of
highly technical and skilled individuals who provide predictive modelling and machine learning solutions to various teams across the organization. Rupinder recently completed the EMBA at the Rotman School of Management (U of T) and is currently active in the Machine Learning stream of Rotman’s Creative Destruction Lab program. She also serves on the Advisory Board for Rotman’s new Master of Analytics program.
