In the last 10 years, Rudy has been a central figure in the development of the mobile ecosystem as we know it today. Capturing mobile trends with his influential blog m-trends.org, Rudy recently co-founded dotopen.com, a social platform for decision makers to connect & collaborate. Often invited as a speaker and contributing writer to a number of professional publications, his thoughts and ideas on Mobile 2.0 have gone around, you can view his last presentation on the subject here on Slideshare. He is also the founder of MobileMonday Barcelona and MobileMonday Madrid, and organizes the Mobile Premier Awards, the largest open and global startup competition in the mobile industry and the point of reference in startup premiers during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Recently he curated Mobile Trends 2020, a collaborative outlook including some of the key industry experts & visionaries on mobile trends for the next 10 years.
With dotopen, he also initiated AppCircus, a unique global traveling showcase of the most creative and innovative apps presented by their creators during some of the most influential international events in mobile/web. AppCircus is open to developers, startups and any other organization and offers each winner a nomination to the Mobile Premier Awards.
