Ross Feldman is the Chief Technology Officer for the Financial Services Business Unit at CompuCom. His focus is on developing strategic planning activities to meet market challenges, providing strategic thought leadership and collaboration across sales and account development, along with product development and marketing.
Prior to CompuCom, Ross
worked for CapGemini, a global consulting, technology and outsourcing firm where he served as the head of business management, strategy, and operations, as well as Chief of Staff to the Financial Services Business Unit Executive, leading business operations, governance, sales operations, and marketing for its 4,200 person Financial Services Global Business Unit. Prior to that, he was the head of business management of TIAA-CREF, FSB, responsible for strategy, regulatory governance and compliance, governance committee’s oversight, and interface to government regulators. Ross also has had previous roles including chief financial services strategist for HP Enterprise Services, and served as senior vice president of e-Commerce Business Development and Innovation at Bank of America.
Earlier in his career, Ross spent several years at Citigroup and JPMorgan, leading strategic alliances and joint ventures, as well as corporate and investment banking operational roles in New York City.
Ross holds an executive MBA, and has a Bachelor of Science in business management from Long Island University, CW Post Campus. He currently lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Stephanie, their two sons, and their two dogs.
