An entrepreneur for the better part of four decades, Ross Barall has owned and managed a variety of businesses. Between 1978 and 1981, Ross Barall, then a teenager, owned Ross’s Pizza in Bloomfield, Connecticut. He was responsible for organizing all day-to-day operations of the company.
Mr. Barall took a break from entrepreneurship and worked as a
bill collector for the Times Mirror Corporation for 13 years. In 1996, he established another business, Allstar Apt. Movers, a moving company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Starting the enterprise from scratch, he made it one of the largest independently owned moving companies in the state before selling it.
In 2008, Ross Barall became a member of Allstar Energy Partners and was responsible for selling natural gas and electricity. He cold-called large companies to sell energy products and made the business successful. In 2019, he launched Insulation Plus of Tampa, his current business, and handles sales and marketing while managing day-to-day operations for the Florida company.
