Mr. Cami is a partner and General Counsel of TPG. From 2000 until he joined TPG in 2010, Mr. Cami was partner at the law firm, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, in New York City, where his practice was focused on mergers & acquisitions, leveraged transactions and general corporate and board advice. From 1994 through 2000, Mr. Cami was an
associate in the New York and London offices of Cravath. Prior to that, Mr. Cami served as law clerk to the Honorable Kevin Thomas Duffy of the Southern District of New York, during which time Judge Duffy presided over the first World Trade Center bombing criminal case. Mr. Cami graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and earned his J.D., summa cum laude with order of the coif distinction, from Rutgers Law School.
