Rona Galezer is a Principal on the iAngels investments team, leading its CleanTech and Impact Investing practices.
Rona is a veteran within Israel’s sustainable growth industry, having spent ten years in senior leadership roles from both an investment and policy perspective. Before joining iAngels, Rona served as an associate at GreenSoil
Investments, where she focused on devising and executing rigorous due diligence and data evaluation processes, strategic market analysis, as well as deal flow and portfolio management. Prior to this, Rona was Head of Policy and Energy Economics in the Chief Scientist division of the Israeli Ministry of National Infrastructure, Energy & Water Resources, guiding government policy on issues of renewable energy, off-grid systems, fuel alternatives and smart cities. Rona joined the public sector from BDO Consulting Group, where she managed company valuations, feasibility studies, financial modeling, strategic and business planning for a variety of firms, specializing in the CleanTech industry.
Rona holds an MA(Res) in Environmental Studies, cum laude, from Tel Aviv University’s Porter School of Environmental Studies, and a BA in Economics from Ben Gurion University.
