Ron Trowbridge assumed the position of Chairman, Blackwatch International, in 2018. He brings seasoned operations and business development experience in both the defense and civilian sectors of the federal information technology (IT) and engineering services marketplace.
Mr. Trowbridge has executive experience with both large (Sperry Corporation
and United Technologies) and small enterprises. He led the development of RS Information Systems, Inc. (RSIS) from a small $10 million dollar company with 85 employees to a company with 2000 skilled professionals serving a diverse government client base nationwide. The company had a “booked business” backlog in excess of a billion dollars and revenues of $365 million annually. RSIS was one of the fastest growing companies in the country making it into the Washington Technologies Fast 50 an unprecedented 8 years in a row. This growth was experienced “organically,” through excellent performance and aggressive marketing. Mr. Trowbridge led the sale of RSIS to Wyle Corporation.
