Ron's international experience has given him a unique insight to implementing communication strategies on a global scale. At Yuanfen~Flow Ron will both build the incubator's brand, and provide services to those companies that are launching in China and need to build image and market share.
Prior to Yuanfen~Flow, Ron was with the
Markor Group, a global furniture company. He developed and managed all aspects of marketing and PR for the organization as it expanded in China and the region. Prior, Ron worked in Tokyo for Dentsu Advertising for four years, developing programs for major Japanese firms worldwide. Before that, he was Managing Director of a marketing firm in Houston.
Within one year, Ron not only turned a profit in the company, but also expanded into Miami, Caracas, Zurich and the Caribbean. Before that, Ron had been a leader in major US firms such as Bozell and DMB&B, focused on strategic planning and communications development for a variety of clients both large and small.
