Ron Numan has been an independent consultant since 2000, advising listed companies like Tiscali Spa and NedGraphics Holding NV on mergers and acquisitions throughout Europe, including the integration of various acquired companies in existing organisations.
He also has been involved in numerous other projects including raising capital for
companies, assessments of subsidiaries and interim assignments as financial expert.
Prior to 2000 he was a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance practice of Ernst &Young, both in Amsterdam and in the UK, advising large and medium sized companies on acquisitions, flotation and due diligence investigations.
He started his career in 1988 at Ernst and Young Auditors, where he graduated as Chartered Accountant (Register accountant) at the Erasmus University in 1995.
