Roger has more than 20 years of experience leading professional teams to turn creative concepts into concrete deliverables. Before Transilio, he served as Director of Production Operations for Unity Media Group where he led a team of 14 Directors, Producers, and Editors to create award winning short form video content for companies like Johnson
& Johnson, Covidien, and Blue Cross.
Prior to Unity Media Group he served as Director of Operations at Mission Media, a 501(c)3 organization for four years before being promoted to Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. At Mission Media Roger was responsible for multiple city wide community events, coordinating over 90 different organizations to fill stadiums for free community events with national experts on marriage, parenting, and financial management.
From 1991 to 2001 Roger served as New Products Manager and Strategic Process Specialist for Silicon Graphics, a Mountain View, high-performance computer and software manufacturer. At SGI Roger was responsible for engineering an improved manufacturing process that led to increased throughput and optimized revenue at the end of each quarter. As international liaison, Roger successfully bridged the gap between Engineers in California and the manufacturing team in Switzerland to bring several new products to market.
He graduated with honors from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, Ariz., with a major in business operations management.
