He was most recently the CEO of The Ritz Club, a London-based casino, though his experience in the gaming sector includes some of the largest brands around the globe,

including WSOP, Harrah’s and Littlewoods.

Marris began working for The Ritz Club in 2005 as Managing Director of The Ritz Club Online. He left the company in 2007 and returned in 2011 as the CEO and COO of The Ritz Club. He coordinated a global marketing campaign to attract new players, which accelerated revenue generation by 35% in less than a year. And, he oversaw the successful migration of more than 750k players to a new IT platform.

Marris has proven himself to be one of the most well-rounded professionals in the gaming sector. His experience in IT, marketing, management, and international business allows him to stay at the forefront of technology and culture, keep businesses relevant to target users and foster sustainable growth.

Roger Marris left The Ritz Club in 2020 after nearly a decade at its helm. He is now engaged in multiple business projects as a commercial advisor. He is consulting for a Web 3.0 company developing its own cryptocurrency and NFTs, and during the Covid lockdowns launched a D2C business aimed at making plant-based foods more accessible.
