Roger Jiang joined eBaoTech in May 2011. He is responsible for the overall operations of eBaoTech’s Application Services Division, where he works closely with the Research & Development Center and regional offices to deliver high quality project implementations and superior services to clients worldwide.
Prior to joining eBaoTech, Roger
managed the large scale global delivery centers at HP and IBM, with staff of over 1000 people serving global clients across many industries.
Roger has over 16 years of software engineering, consulting, and management experience. At IBM, he was responsible for providing industry solutions and application services to enterprise customers from IBM’s global delivery center in China. During his 14 years at HP, Roger held several roles in HP Services’ Global Delivery China Center.
Roger has broad experience in SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse and Application Testing practices.
Roger holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from China Europe International Business School and a Master of Science in engineering and computer science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
