Roger Figols is the Co-founder and Head of Product at Calyu, a Barcelona-based startup transforming the co-living experience through a digital-first ecosystem. As a Product Design Engineer, Roger bridges the gap between technical execution and high-end user experience, leading the development of what the company calls the "digital fridge"
for shared households.
Driven by his own experience living in shared flats, Roger is the architect behind Calyu’s product strategy, focusing on eliminating daily frictions—such as expense tracking and chore management—while solving long-term administrative chaos. Under his leadership, Calyu has evolved from a functional MVP to a lifestyle brand, emphasizing a bold, customizable aesthetic that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial users.
A graduate of the Santander X Explorer incubation program, Roger is currently spearheading the integration of UI/UX iterations based on real-user feedback, ensuring that Calyu remains the most engaging and intuitive platform in the PropTech and co-living space.
