Rod Browning has been CEO of Xradia, a 3D X-ray microscope company since 2007.
Prior to that, Rod was president & CEO of OnWafer Technologies, a venture backed start-up in the semiconductor process control and yield enhancement area, which he led to successful acquisition by KLA-Tencor.
He began his career with Tencor Instruments and
through the KLA-Tencor merger rose to Group VP, where he was responsible for all customer-facing activities and grew the Wafer Inspection division to more than $800M in revenue.
He earned a BA in Physics & Applied Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley.
