Rod started working at Kennebec Telephone Co., Inc. in 1976 as a part-time employee. He bought the company from Delores Johnstone in 1998. Through his years of service the company has expanded with its different divisions: Kennebec CATV (2001), KTC Construction (2001), PowerCom Electric (2002), Charley’s Welding and Auto Repair (2009), Technology
and Communications Specialists (TCS) (2010), Chamberlain NAPA (2013), and PowerCom Electric in Chamberlain (2018).
