Rock Stevens is a lifelong student of information technology, earning his first certification as a network administrator at the age of 15. He is a U.S. Army Cyber Officer and served as a Madison Policy Forum Military-Business Cybersecurity Fellow in 2015. He is actively pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and M.A.
in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College.
