Robin has 18 years of experience as a practicing attorney in the area of corporate law.
As Vice President of Retirement Corporation of America, Robin's primary responsibility is to make certain that our organization complies with governmental laws and regulations for investment advisory firms registered with the United States Securities
and Exchange Commission.
Robin started her legal career with the national law firm Thompson Hine LLC and later joined The Kroger Co. ("Kroger") as in-house counsel. Prior to leaving Kroger, Robin was promoted to Senior Attorney and was responsible for handling complex real estate, securities and financing transactions, acquisitions and divestitures for Kroger.
Robin strives to work with the staff of RCA and its outside legal counsel to maintain the highest compliance standards and ethics for RCA.
