Robert S. Silberman serves as the Chairman of Board of Directors since 2014. Mr. Silberman is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Strategic Education, Inc. He served as Chairman of the Board of Strategic Education, Inc. from 2003 to 2013, and as its Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2013. He also serves as Lead Director, and
Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Covanta Holding Company. Mr. Silberman is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Dartmouth College and a master’s degree in international policy from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
