Robert Rupp began his career at CompleteCare Health Network in Bridgeton, New Jersey as a part time intern while attending Vineland High School. After graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History, he continued working at CompleteCare as a full time Billing Specialist and EDI Coordinator. Robert was promoted to the role of
Systems Analyst after taking on a leadership role in the organization’s implementation of a new practice management system, and was given responsibility for the majority of functions related to the management and effective utilization of the new integrated electronic health record and practice management systems. Robert also plays an active role in Complete Care’s performance and quality improvement committee and has received numerous CompleteCare “Ben Franklin” awards, awarded to those who have saved or made the company $1,000 or more through new initiatives or process improvements.
In December 2015, Robert began working at EaseCentral, a web platform designed to easily manage employee benefits, on-boarding, and compliance in one central location, as a Software Engineer focused on integrations.
Robert recently completed Master’s in Business Administration from Temple University Fox School of Business with a concentration in Healthcare Administration.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys learning Internet technologies and developing web based and mobile applications.
