Robert joined Baird in 2012 as a member of the Consumer Investment Banking team. Robert provides strategic and analytical support on buyside and sellside acquisitions/divestitures, mergers, strategic alternatives, equity offerings and other financial advisory services. Prior to joining Baird, Robert was a Director in the Mergers &
Acquisitions group for BMO Capital Markets in Chicago focusing principally on middle market food, consumer and retail clients. His previous experience was in Consulting with Cap Gemini (formerly Ernst & Young) where he was a Senior Manager responsible for strategic and operational transformations for consumer and industrial organizations. Robert received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a dual degree in Business (Marketing and Finance) and Liberal Arts (French) from Washington University in St. Louis.
