Robert Monti is the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics for HSN, Inc. In this role, Bob is charged with overseeing all distribution and fulfillment activities for HSN and the Cornerstone Brands portfolio of catalogs, retail stores and e-commerce sites. Bob is responsible for creating company-wide centers of excellence within
Supply Chain and operational support functions. This includes providing strategic oversight for Transportation, Fulfillment, Vendor-Managed Inventory Programs, Process Engineering, Quality Assurance and Product Information for millions of products a year.
Bob has accumulated 30 years of progressive leadership experience within retail supply chain operations. He joined HSN in 1998 as the Vice President of Transportation, and has steadily risen throughout the organization by successfully integrating the remaining Supply Chain functions. Prior to his current appointment in May 2013, he served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations for HSN.
Prior to joining HSN, Bob began his career with Bloomingdale’s, serving in a multitude of operational support services. He assumed a corporate position within the Macy’s Logistics Group and was instrumental in shaping a consolidated distribution network fueled by enabling technologies and the standardization of common best practices.
Bob grew up on Long Island and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University in New York City.
