Robert Mroz is the Founder of HY-TEK Bio. He oversees the strategic direction of the company. Bob is CEO and chairs the Executive Committee, He holds the intellectual property that allow HY-TEK Bio to mitigate greenhouse gases, and has advanced the company’s development with other complementary technologies. He holds a BSEE from the University of
Maryland College Park in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and Computer Science and has spent 40 years developing and successfully managing large technology projects. Prior to starting HY-TEK Bio, Bob excelled in both the public and private sectors, first with a successful 30-year career with the FCC as Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Baltimore-Washington District, being promoted to Director of the FCC's Advanced Technologies Group located in Columbia, Maryland, before retiring in 1997, and then by creating and growing a performance-based technology company, HY-TEK, Ltd., which developed sports software for competitive Swimming and Track & Field with 59,000 Customers in 36 countries and a successful software product, FIREARMS MANAGER Pro (FMPro), that manages Professional Weapons Training Programs for Law Enforcement, Military and Industrial Security organizations worldwide.
