Robert Hoffman — Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer Rob is a proven senior executive with 15+ years’ experience leading double- and triple-digit growth at financial firms. Before co-founding CryptoFi, Inc., Rob headed the Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Cryptocurrency Trading groups for a leading cryptocurrency kiosk company – building out core
processes and infrastructure. He led FP&A, Data Strategy and Investor Relations for Nuveen as the Vice President, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. While at Nuveen, Rob helped guide growth from $800M to $1T+ assets under management. Before joining Nuveen, he was the Vice President, Finance for Byline Bank where he was instrumental in building out teams, processes, and the technology to prepare for IPO (2017, NYSE) and oversaw the acquisition of 2 financial services firms. - Bachelor of Science, Economics, Northwestern University and MBA, University of Notre Dame – magna cum laude.
