Rob Storment resides in Wichita, Kansas. He currently practices as a state licensed Optometrist. Storment raced in both the El Dorado and Mudwater triathlons in the summer of 2012. Storment enjoys cycling, running and swimming and getting his young daughter involved in these passions.
Rob Storment completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in
biology at the University of Kansas in May of 1997. While attending the University of Kansas, he worked part-time in the hardware business.
While going to KU, he found Lawrence, Kansas to have many single-track mountain biking trials. When not working or on campus, he was often riding his mountain bike on the Kansas River Levee trail or at Clinton Lake’s single track trail. During the summers, Storment and a few close friends would travel into the mountains of Colorado and Utah. They spent several days exploring the many hiking and biking trails in Breckenridge, Winter Park, and Moab.
