Rob Morgan is a game writer and consultant specializing in immersive media, and is Creative Director of Playlines, the AR interactive theatre studio. Rob was the lead game writer on the groundbreaking PS3 AR titles 'Wonderbook: Book of Spells' and 'Book of Potions', which he wrote in collaboration with J.K. Rowling.
Rob has
worked on numerous VR and immersive AR projects as game writer for nDreams' 'The Assembly', consultant for Carnegie Mellon's Entertainment Technology Centre, and writer for InnerspaceVR's upcoming 'Jonah' and 'Firebird: Rodin'. Rob has also written for Failbetter's critically-acclaimed 'Fallen London' and was the content editor for the multi-award-winning '80 Days'.
As Creative Director of Playlines Rob helped develop a brand new site-specific interactive AR story format, and directed Playlines' interactive installations at London's Roundhouse, #FutureFest 2016, and the interactive AR rap opera 'Consequences' in collaboration with Harry Shotta. He speaks frequently on designing stories for VR and AR.
