Robert Mashaal is the Chief Investment Officer of DivcoWest and is responsible for investment sourcing, execution and performance.
Before joining DivcoWest in 2006, Rob was the Founder and President of Yale Properties USA, a full service, privately owned real estate investment company and joint venture partner of DivcoWest since 1994. In 2006, the
major operations of Yale Properties USA were effectively merged into DivcoWest. Robert holds a Masters of Science in Management from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT’s Center for Real Estate Development, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
