Rob began his career in 2006 designing camera and laser systems for military helicopters. During the next eighteen years he developed unique insight into how devices work and the technology breakthroughs, supply chains and manufacturing footprints required to commercialize our next generation of products. Developing business at the bleeding edge of
photonics and scaling advanced materials from MIT's labs to market-leading products has honed his expertise from research and development through production. This directly feeds into the vision at Nebulae. Rob held lead positions at FLIR Systems, Materion and XTALIC . He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Saint Louis University as well as an MBA from Rollins College.
