Richard Josephberg the founder of the real estate development company Almorli Advisors. He has over 20 years of experience in building commercial and residential real estate properties. When it comes to education, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and another Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Cornell University.
Firstly, he started a career in
the field of law. But, soon he realized that real estate development is his real passion. He started in this field with almost no experience, relying on his knowledge about the real estate market in his city, Port Chester, New York.
He founded his company in 1997. With his team of professional real estate executives, he has been studying properties and cities in the United States and abroad for years in order to determine what worked and what did not. He has obtained deep knowledge about what drew people to a particular place. That was useful for Richard in order to make retail, hospitality, or commercial property successful.
Josephberg started building larger development projects that embodied the sense of place he wanted to offer the community, after gaining experience in investing and developing several commercial and retail properties in the New York area.
